These Terms of Use govern access to and use of bluecollarcenter.com, MonDak Wellsite Navigator, Blue Collar Peptide Tools, and related Blue Collar Research LLC services where these Terms are presented or linked.
Overview
The two products have different purposes and different limits. This summary is for orientation only. The numbered sections below control.

Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are published by Blue Collar Research LLC and govern use of:
By accessing or using an applicable service, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Effective date: August 25, 2026.
Who may use
You must be legally capable of agreeing to applicable terms. You must use the website and apps in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those that apply to driving, workplace rules, research activity, and any licenses or permits that apply to you.
These Terms do not grant a right to use the products in every location, for every vehicle, or for every purpose. Availability, features, and data coverage may vary.
Oilfield navigation
MonDak Wellsite Navigator is specialized oilfield navigation and field-information software intended to assist users in finding wells and navigating toward field destinations. It is a decision-support and navigation tool. It does not replace the driver.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MonDak does not:
Vehicle and route information
Vehicle-profile information, route preferences, road warnings, restrictions, and recommendations are advisory. Blue Collar Research LLC does not certify that a road is appropriate for your vehicle.
You must independently comply with:
Field reports and community content
If you submit field reports, community pins, or similar user-generated information, you must not knowingly submit:
Community information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unverified. Blue Collar Research LLC does not promise that every report is reviewed.
Blue Collar Research LLC may moderate, reject, remove, expire, or restrict community content where appropriate. You retain any ownership you have in content you submit. You grant Blue Collar Research LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as needed to operate and improve the applicable service.
Location and route learning
Certain MonDak functions depend on device location. Optional route-learning features, where enabled, must be used consistently with the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not change the data practices described there.
Research software
Blue Collar Peptide Tools is research calculation, organization, and tracking software. Depending on the version and access tier, it may include functionality such as research calculations, reconstitution calculations, concentration calculations, syringe-marking visualization, inventory, sessions, saved calculations and history, nasal spray calculations, blend calculations, IU-based research quantities, and other research-organization tools. Not every feature is available in every version or tier.
Calculated outputs depend on information you enter. You are responsible for verifying inputs and outputs appropriate to your intended lawful use. The software is not an instruction to administer any substance.
Reasonable efforts may be made to provide accurate calculations, but software can contain errors. Results depend on user inputs, selected units, assumptions, and software version. Independently verify important calculations.
Paid access
Blue Collar Peptide Tools
Blue Collar Peptide Tools may offer free and paid (Pro) access. Current pricing, available plans, and what is included are shown at purchase in the applicable app store. Displayed prices on our website or in the app may vary by store, region, currency, taxes, and later pricing changes.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may be used for entitlement management. Blue Collar Research LLC does not directly process full payment-card details in the app.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable store’s terms and settings. Cancellation is handled through the applicable app store. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Restoring purchases may be available through supported store functionality.
Refunds, billing disputes, renewal rules, and applicable taxes may be subject to Apple or Google terms and applicable law. Blue Collar Research LLC does not promise a direct refund for store-billed transactions where the store’s policies control the purchase.
Free and paid features
Features may differ between free and paid access. Blue Collar Research LLC may change which features are included in a tier going forward. These Terms do not claim a right to take away legally purchased rights contrary to applicable store rules.
MonDak Wellsite Navigator
Current versions of MonDak do not include an in-app purchase or subscription flow.
Credentials
MonDak Wellsite Navigator
Some MonDak functionality may use an optional email-and-password account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity reasonably attributable to your account. Do not share your password with anyone, including support.
Blue Collar Peptide Tools
Current versions of Blue Collar Peptide Tools do not use an app account. Paid access, if any, is tied to the applicable store account and entitlement, not to a Blue Collar login.
Information
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Account and data-deletion information is described on the Account & Data Deletion page. These Terms do not replace those pages.
Current versions of MonDak do not include a completed in-app account-deletion flow. Signing out is not the same as deleting an account.
Other services
The products rely on or interact with third-party services. Blue Collar Research LLC does not control those services. They may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
MonDak Wellsite Navigator
Current versions may use services such as Supabase, Mapbox, the National Weather Service, and Road511, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Blue Collar Peptide Tools
Current versions may use services such as RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, Google Play, Expo/EAS where applicable, and destinations you choose for sharing or export, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Rights
Blue Collar Research LLC and/or its licensors retain rights in the software, website, branding, designs, original content, product names and logos where applicable, and proprietary functionality and material. These Terms do not claim registered trademark status.
Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store license rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applicable software. You do not receive ownership of third-party maps, weather, road, well, or similar data.

You may not:
Service
Blue Collar Research LLC may update products, add, remove, or change features, perform maintenance, discontinue functionality, or modify service availability. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetual service or support.
As available
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and apps are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms do not exclude warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
MonDak Wellsite Navigator
Mapping, routing, road data, weather, field reports, well data, third-party information, and GPS or location features can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Location accuracy depends on the device, signal, and conditions.
Blue Collar Peptide Tools
Research outputs depend on user inputs, selected units, assumptions, and the software version. Saved records and other research information in current versions are stored on the device unless you send them elsewhere. Device storage can be lost if the app is removed or data is cleared.
Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Collar Research LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the website or apps.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable law does not allow that liability to be excluded.
Your conduct
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify Blue Collar Research LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the services, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of a third party’s rights, in each case to the extent caused by you.
Distribution
Mobile apps obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable store’s terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the apps. Store rules may govern purchase processing, subscriptions, refunds, licensing, and distribution.
Ending use
You may stop using the products at any time. Blue Collar Research LLC may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for serious Terms violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or abuse of the services, subject to applicable law and store rules.
Uninstalling an app or deleting local data is not the same as cancelling a store subscription.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to you and to Blue Collar Research LLC in connection with the applicable service. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration, selects a venue, or waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Updates
These Terms may be updated as products, business practices, or legal requirements change. When a material change is published, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
The current effective date is August 25, 2026.
