Has account

MonDak Wellsite Navigator

MonDak Wellsite Navigator is provided by Blue Collar Research LLC. Some features use an optional email-and-password account.

If you want your MonDak account and associated data deleted, submit a deletion request by email.

  1. 01

Email from an address you control

Send the request to the contact below. Use a mailbox you can access so we can follow up if verification is needed.

  2. 02

    Identify the MonDak account

Include the email address associated with the MonDak account and a clear statement that you want that account deleted.

  3. 03

    Wait for verification if asked

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to your account before deleting account-associated data.

Contact: info@bluecollarcenter.com. The message subject is prefilled as “MonDak Account Deletion Request.”

What to include

Include only enough information to identify the account:

  • the email address associated with the MonDak account
  • a clear statement that you want the MonDak account deleted

You may also say whether you are asking to delete specific content or all account-associated data.

Do not send:

  • passwords
  • authentication codes
  • payment information
  • government ID, unless we specifically request it later for a legitimate verification reason

Identity verification

Blue Collar Research LLC may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant account before deleting account-associated data. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to your account. We do not require a government ID as a standard first step.

What a deletion request is intended to cover

A verified MonDak deletion request is intended to cover account-associated data, where applicable, such as:

  • Supabase authentication identity
  • account / user UUID association
  • field reports associated internally with the user if you were signed in
  • community pins associated with the user where that association exists
  • route-learning records associated with the user if that feature was used while signed in
  • other backend records linked to the account

This is the intended scope of a deletion request. Current versions of the app do not automatically delete these records when you sign out or uninstall.

Local device data

MonDak also stores certain information on the device. That may include favorites, recents, settings, vehicle profiles, private pins, weather or cache information, and other app-local data.

Backend account deletion and local device deletion are separate. You may remove local app data by using supported in-app controls where available, or by removing the app or clearing app storage through the operating system.

Clearing app storage or uninstalling can permanently remove local data that has not been saved elsewhere. Do not clear storage unless you intend to lose that on-device information.

Retention and timing

Deletion requests are intended to remove account-associated data, subject to information Blue Collar Research LLC may be required or permitted to retain for legitimate reasons such as legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements. This page does not state a specific retention period.

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and any information we need to verify the request. Deletion is not instant.

Current versions of MonDak do not include an in-app purchase or subscription flow.

No app account

Blue Collar Peptide Tools

Blue Collar Peptide Tools is provided by Blue Collar Research LLC. Current versions do not use an app account. Research records are stored primarily on the device. There is currently no Blue Collar Peptide Tools account to delete.

A. Deleting individual local records

Where the app provides deletion controls, you may delete supported records in the app. Examples include saved calculations, sessions, inventory records, progress records, attachments or photos, and other locally stored research data. Current versions do not include a single control that erases every local record at once.

B. Removing all local app data

Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage may remove app-local data, subject to operating-system backup behavior, backups you created, exported or shared copies, and restored data.

Uninstalling or clearing storage may permanently remove local records that have not been backed up or exported. Blue Collar Research LLC cannot remotely restore local research records that existed only on the device.

C. Cancelling a subscription

Paid access is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and may use RevenueCat for entitlement management. That is not a Blue Collar login, and it is not a RevenueCat account you sign into inside the app.

Manage cancellation through the store account that made the purchase. Blue Collar Research LLC does not promise refunds for store-billed transactions where store policy controls the purchase.

Exports, shares, and backups

Deleting local app data does not automatically delete exported files, shared copies, printed copies, backups stored outside the app, or data held by destinations you chose. Those copies must be managed separately by you or by the relevant third-party service.
